Il se peut parfois que les boutons 'acheter' et 'vendre' ou 'buy' et 'sell' du ticket d'ordre soient grisés sur le logiciel de trading. Cette situation peut se produire lorsque la taille de position renseignée n'est pas correcte : par exemple lorsqu'elle est égale à 0, ou trop importante par rapport au compte de trading.

Le trading pour le compte en question est désactivé

Cette situation peut se produire lorsque le compte de trading en question est en mode 'lecture seule' ou 'read only', ou bien lorsqu'il s'agit d'un compte admiral.Pro avec une somme inférieure à celle requise pour trader.
