To make a transaction, login to your private office, go to deposit/withdraw funds, choose your preferred payment method and follow the instructions.

Terms & conditions

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from/to financial accounts that exactly match the name on your trading account.

You must verify your account to be able to make deposits and/or take part in some promotions (check promotions' terms&conditions). For details about verification process please check here

For all withdrawals up to the total deposited amount you must use the same payment option as you used for deposits. The rest can be withdrawn using any payment method.

You can make a withdrawal only if you do not already have any pending/confirmed withdrawal requests.

Payments to/from 3rd parties are not accepted. You may use only your own funds for trading.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours on business days.

If one of your accounts attains a negative balance, the system will automatically transfer funds from your other trading account(s) at the end of every week given that you have no open positions.

Transactions requiring currency conversion by trader's way attract a 1.5% fee, such as transferring funds from a USD to a GBP-denominated trading account.

Availability of payment systems are subject to local regulations and may at anytime become unavailable. Please confirm availability of your desired funding option in the private office before sending funds to third party payment systems.

Clients who make a withdrawal without trading may be charged all fees originally covered by trader's way during their initial deposit(s). The cost of the fees is determined by the payment system used.

NOTE: processing of payments is done by third party systems and their functionality cannot be guaranteed. Be sure to only place trades based on your current balance, not in anticipation of raising the said balance.

Bitcoin

Bitcoin is a digital currency which can be easily bought and sold for real money or another electronic currency.

There is no minimum or maximum for transactions by bitcoin;

We charge no commission for deposits by bitcoin;

The bitcoin network charges a fee when you make a withdrawal;

Clients who deposit but do not show adequate trading activity may not withdraw via bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency unless they have deposited using cryptocurrencies.

Purchase some bitcoins. In your coinbase account, select the "buy/sell" button on the left and choose your payment method (bank account or credit card). Enter the desired number of bitcoins you would like to purchase and click "buy bitcoin"

After receiving your bitcoin into your wallet, go to the private office bitcoin deposit page.

From the drop down list, select to which account you wish to deposit using bitcoin -- click submit. This will generate a unique wallet address that you will use to send your bitcoin.

Copy the bitcoin wallet address that comes up on the next screen and go back into your coinbase account. At the top left, click on your bitcoin wallet and click the "send money" button on the top right.

Paste our bitcoin wallet address you generated in step 4 into the top field that says "email or bitcoin address." enter the amount of bitcoin you wish to send. Click next and confirm your transaction.

Now that you have sent bitcoin to our account, it takes a few hours for the bitcoin network to send it over to us. We appreciate your patience. Immediately upon receipt of your coins, we will sell them at the prevailing market price at our exchange and your trading account will automatically be credited in your deposit currency.

Tradersway ha sido hasta ahora el mejor broker al que he tenido acceso considerando que soy de EEUU. El spread es bastante bueno considerando otros a los que he tenido acceso. Le doy 4 estrellas pues hasta ahora me ha ido muy bien con ellos, puedes hacer tu traiding y sacar tus ganancias sin problema. Le daría 5 estrellas si el proceso de retirar el dinero fuera más sencillo y rápido. La mejor forma que encontré y que se adapta mi fue a través de vload pero se demora unos días el proceso además las comisiones. De todas formas si haces bien tu traiding vas a tener buenas oportunidades con el broker y podrás pagar las comisiones sin problemas pero sería maravilloso si depositar y retirar el dinero fuera más sencillo y más económico. Lo otro es que ya no están aceptando clientes de EEUU, espero que eso cambie pronto. Este broker lo he recomendado y hasta este momento lo continuo recomendando, estoy seguro que no es el mejor del mundo pero es el mejor que yo he encontrado.

Tradersway has so far been the best broker I have had access to considering that I am from the US. The spread is pretty good considering others I've had access to. I give it 4 stars because so far I have done very well with them, you can do your trading and get your profits without problem. I would give it 5 stars if the process of withdrawing the money was easier and faster. The best way I found and that suits me was through vload, but the process takes a few days, plus the commissions. In any case, if you do your trading well, you will have good opportunities with the broker and you will be able to pay the commissions without problems, but it would be wonderful if depositing and withdrawing money were easier and cheaper. The other thing is that they are no longer accepting US clients, I hope that will change soon. I have recommended this broker and until now I continue to recommend it, I am sure it is not the best in the world but it is the best that I have found.

I have been with tradersway since around end of april, by the recommendation of a friend, and found them to be nice broker to trade with in terms of commissions, spreads etc. However, no fun at all when it came to witdrawing my money. At one point I came across a review by someone (seems there are many) who'd said they could not withdraw their money, and after some investigation and realizing they were not regulated, I decided to withdraw my funds and shift to a regulated broker.
I requested the first withdrawal on the 9th of august, and it was supposedly swiftly processed. This withdrawal was a split on the account, half of which belongs to my brother in law, so the other half of that balance was transferred to my other TW account. This was not to shift brokers.
By the 25th of august, I had not yet received my previous withdrawal, so requested all the rest of my balance, which was just over $1000.

When requesting both withdrawals, I was not offered other options to withdraw, other than internal transfer or credit card, even though I had made deposits into this account using skrill.

I queried the long delays many times, via email and online chat, and receive the same answers each time. They state that they have paid my money from their side and that the issue is with my bank. My bank on the other hand stated categorically that if I had not received the money back within 7 days, that it most definitely was never paid.

I notified tradersway, and they again stated that the money was paid. I requested trace numbers from them (ARN numbers), which they then sent, however I've sent these numbers to my bank and they say the numbers are not found. My bank asked me to request a swift copy or MT103 from them, but twice tradersway has simply avoided this request, and suggested that I open a dispute claim with my bank for the original deposits.

Now my question here is this: why on earth would tradersway agree to a dispute for original deposits, when they claim to have already paid me all my money, which includes those deposits and my profits?

Something is amiss, I have provided them with my bank statements to prove I have not been paid, but yet every time they shrug it off and divert responsibility. As of this morning, the 21st of september, I received yet another confirmation from my bank that there was no money refunded to that card.

I will provide screenshots of all correspondence with them, as well as screenshots of my account with dates and everything, should anyone like to see these.

For tradersway, in case they feel the need to jump in here and once again shrug their shoulders, i'm referring to account number 169860 (1st withdrawal, $416.61), and 187725 (2nd withdrawal $1034.32)
